Highlights: It would be GREAT, if ALL the lawbreakers came out of hiding in our neighborhoods and moved to Hurricane-City(TM). Even GREATER: A dangerous felon on the lam, gets a free pass to Hurricane-City(TM), rather than lurking in our neighborhoods, putting us all in danger. States will save TREMENDOUS Expense, and be free of dangerous “criminals!”
